I’ve been teaching Alexander’s work since 2004 and there is nothing that brings me greater joy. I have to teach! It is a passion and a privilege. This year I am challenging myself learning new skills and using AT is part of my success. My dream is to see Alexander work be a household name and practiced naturally everywhere. For humans to understand the choices they have and how they can undo muscle tensions. Even late in age this work can still build confidence in movement. To see children empowered with these tools so that our societies work with an intent to maintain natural and easy poise, and promote good health in our communities. Prevention is more powerful than correction.
